Low pressure might be riding a little too far north to nail us. CRAP

I think the storm will likely miss us a bunch. They said that Monument, that is the ridge on the southern end of town. Well Colorado Springs.

 

All of this aside, there is nothing much I can do to change that. The low pressure system in the top pic is moving too far north for it to hit us too much, and the effect of the Palmer Divide will likely make this not happen much.

The storm has to line up just right. In the history of Denver when we had a brown cloud the Palmer Divide was part of what made that happen. Colorado Springs had much better air back in the day for that reason. The Divide cuts off the air flow to the and it works both ways.

Local Cowboys will all be up a little early to take care of some of this stuff. That means all of us. We will wait and see how it all falls out, but we have to be there however it comes out.
